Metabolomics is the study of small molecules—called metabolites—that are produced as your body goes about its daily work.
These molecules reflect real-time activity inside your cells, giving us a dynamic picture of your nutrition, energy production, detoxification, inflammation, gut health, and more.
Think of it like a dashboard for your body. Instead of waiting for disease to show up on a scan or in a crisis, we’re looking at the early signals of imbalance—and making corrections before anything breaks down.
Metabolomics is the foundation of Health Optimization Medicine, and it’s how we bring clarity, precision, and transformation to your health journey.
Common testing includes:
• Organic acids (OAT)
• Fatty acid profiles
• Amino acids
• Micronutrient panels
• Oxidative stress markers
• Neurotransmitter precursors
• Toxin and detox pathways

Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe) is a proactive model of care focused on restoring and maintaining optimal cellular health, rather than chasing symptoms or disease.
While functional medicine often addresses symptoms by searching for root causes of illness, HOMe works one step upstream—by correcting nutritional and metabolic imbalances before dysfunction or disease sets in. It’s not about treating disease; it’s about supporting your body’s natural state of balance and vitality.
We don’t guess—we measure. Then we use personalized data to guide your correction protocol and get your body back to its best baseline.

We do not bill insurance.
Our model of care is personalized, proactive, and not designed to fit into the constraints of the conventional insurance system.
Instead of being reactive or dictated by codes, we prioritize real results based on you and your unique biology.
That said, you may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for some services or tests, and we’re happy to provide receipts (superbills) if you’d like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Yes, we accept HSA/FSA payments.
